About 3Ding
3Ding is one of India's leading 3D printing companies. Since 2013 we have shipped over 30,000 3D printers, produced more than 10 million parts, and trained over 100,000 people. We sell printers, scanners and materials from brands like Bambu Lab, Anycubic, Elegoo and Creality, and we run an on-demand manufacturing service used by ISRO, DRDO, the IITs, Tata, Bosch and hundreds of manufacturers and startups.
Put simply: interesting things get made in our workshop every single day. We are looking for someone to film them properly.
The role
We want a Content Creator who can turn what happens on our print floor into content people actually stop and watch. Reels, YouTube videos, product demos, unboxings, time-lapses and customer stories. You will own the camera, the edit and a large part of what goes out on our channels.
You do not need to know 3D printing on day one. You do need to be good with a camera and an edit timeline, and you do need to be interested in how things are made.
What you will do
Shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other social channels
Produce longer YouTube content: product reviews, printer comparisons, tutorials, how-to guides
Film print time-lapses, unboxings, machine demos and behind-the-scenes on the production floor
Shoot clean product photography for our website, marketplace listings and ads
Write hooks, captions, titles and descriptions that suit each platform
Plan and maintain a content calendar so we publish consistently, not in bursts
Work with the sales and service teams to turn real customer projects into case-study content
Track what performs, and use it to decide what to make next
Keep the visual language consistent across everything we publish
What we are looking for
0 to 3 years creating video content. Agency, brand, freelance or your own channel all count. Freshers are welcome if the portfolio is strong
Strong editing skills: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or Final Cut
Comfortable operating a camera and basic lighting. You can shoot on your own without a crew
A real portfolio. Showreel, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, anything you have made
Understanding of what makes short-form content work, not just how to cut it
Basic graphic and thumbnail design ability (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar)
Good written English for captions, scripts and titles
Interested in technology, making, DIY, engineering or design
Bonus: motion graphics, 3D modelling, CAD, or an existing channel of your own

Salary of 25,000 to 30,000 rupees per month, plus performance bonus
