Job Description.
- Our Is a Recruitment Firm and we are Looking at Business Development Consultants who can help in getting us Clients or Companies, who require Recruitment Support from Across Locations in India.
- Will be involved in Client Acquisition or Business Development. Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements.
- Will have to be able to generate leads and reach out to Recruitment Managers
- Should have the ability to contact & ,speak to the HR Heads, Recruitment Heads and Talent Acquisition Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about our firm.
- Should convince Clients to give their Recruitment requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client.
- Should be capable of interacting with Senior Management, Directors, CXO, Business Heads etc and get Recruitment requirements from them.
- Excellent Communication & Convincing ability required.
- Perseverance and constant follow up with Positive clients till requirements are got, is required.
- Should have a computer, Internet connection & phone to get started.
- Business Development Experience from Recruitment Industry preferred.
- Can work from any location in India.
- Payments.will be Only through Incentives or Commissions.
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
