The candidate should possess strong knowledge of jewellery, including gold, diamond, platinum, silver, precious stones, purity standards, hallmarking, making charges, and current market trends, enabling them to confidently guide customers and build trust during the purchase process. The Sales Executive is expected to provide expert product recommendations, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the showroom.
