About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior PMS Executive to manage and strengthen the Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance tracking, HR analytics, MIS reporting, and coordination with HODs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete PMS cycle including goal setting, performance reviews, ratings, and feedback.
- Coordinate with HODs to ensure timely submission and completion of performance evaluations.
- Collect, validate, and maintain department-wise performance data.
- Prepare PMS MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Track KPIs/KRAs and identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support quarterly and annual performance review processes.
- Maintain accurate PMS records and ensure timely documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and departmental teams for performance-related initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee performance information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in PMS/Performance Management, preferably in a structured organization.
- Strong knowledge of KRA, KPI, goal setting, performance ratings and appraisal processes.
- Excellent MS Excel skills; experience with dashboards/MIS is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Experience with HRMS/PMS tools will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in PMS + HR MIS + HR Analytics.
- Ability to independently manage PMS activities and prepare reports for senior management.
- Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, or large corporate organizations will be preferred.
Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
