Job Summary:
Responsible for learning and assisting in the preparation of coffee, beverages, and café operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages as per café standards
- Learn coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and café area
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs
- Support the team in daily café operations
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Interest in coffee preparation and café operations
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Teamwork and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Qualification & Experience:
- HSC / Graduate preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior café or hospitality exposure is an added advantage
Preferred Experience:
- Passion for coffee and customer interaction
- Basic understanding of espresso machines and beverage preparation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
