Masters Chess Academy is expanding our team and looking for dedicated Online and OfflineChess Coaches to train students across different levels. Online coaches can be based anywhere in Kerala or Tamil Nadu. Offline Coaches – preferred in Trivandrum, or anywhere in Kerala if willing to travel to Trivandrum during weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured chess lessons (online/offline) for students at beginner to advanced levels
- Guide students in skill development, strategy building, and tournament preparation
- Manage both individual and group sessions effectively
- Provide progress feedback and encourage student growth
Requirements:
- Strong chess background with ratings/experience (FIDE, Chess.com, Lichess)
- Prior coaching/teaching experience preferred
- Ability to handle group sessions as well as one-on-one coaching
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
- Flexible availability (weekdays/weekends)
