About the Role
We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive to be the first point of contact for prospective customers in the US & UK Telecommunications markets. This is a true top-of-funnel role — you'll identify high-potential business opportunities, turn cold outreach into warm conversations, and build a robust partner portfolio that fuels long term revenue. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants a clear, structured path toward an Account Executive role. You'll work directly with our AEs, learn the full B2B sales lifecycle hands-on, and be measured on outcomes that matter — qualified demos booked and pipeline created.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage potential B2B clients in the US & UK Telecommunications sectors through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Book qualified demos on a weekly basis — converting cold outreach into warm, sales-ready conversations
- Run targeted 1:1 email outreach, sending a minimum of 500 personalized emails per week to key decision-makers
- Own your data — maintain clean, accurate records of all sales activities, customer information, and deal stages in Salesforce CRM
- Master the US & UK markets — understand regional business nuances, buyer behavior, and time zones to maximize engagement
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Sales, B2B SaaS Sales, or inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- A self-starter mindset — high sense of urgency, resilience, and comfort with rejection as part of the job
- Genuine curiosity about how businesses buy technology, and the discipline to research accounts before reaching out
- Comfort working US & UK-aligned hours from our Gurugram office
- Prior exposure to the Telecommunications industry (a plus, not a must)
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce CRM or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (a plus, not a must)
