Jumpstart International Preschool is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive our next phase of growth and franchise expansion.

Your Role
- Drive franchise development & business expansion
- Generate, nurture and convert potential franchise leads
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
- Present the Jumpstart business model to prospective partners & investors
- Build strong relationships and confidently close franchise opportunities
- Support strategic partnerships and preschool growth initiatives
- Achieve business and franchise acquisition targets
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
✓ 3+ years of Business Development/Sales experience
✓ Preschool/Early Childhood Education experience – Must Have
✓ Franchise Development experience – Must Have
✓ Fluency in Kannada – Mandatory
✓ Strong communication, networking & negotiation skills
✓ Excellent understanding of the Bengaluru/Karnataka market
✓ A proactive, entrepreneurial and target-driven mindset
