The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments where required.
- Answer customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for lead conversion.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates are preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
