Job Description: Career Counsellor
Department: Operations / Training Center
Location: As per Center Allocation
Reporting To: Center Manager
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Enrollment & Counselling
- Attend to learner walk-ins and provide detailed information about courses, career paths, and program benefits.
- Convert walk-ins and assigned leads into successful enrollments.
- Generate and qualify leads aligned with program eligibility criteria.
- Guide learners through the complete admission and enrollment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners and parents to ensure trust and clarity.
2. Learner Engagement & Follow-ups
- Conduct regular follow-ups with learners regarding training attendance, absenteeism, and interview schedules.
- Engage with learners and parents to ensure training completion and successful placements.
- Coordinate with trainers to stay updated on course curriculum, training schedules, and learner progress.
- Address learner queries and provide timely support during the training lifecycle.
3. Administration & Center Operations
- Maintain accurate learner records in ELITE/MIS systems.
- Update daily reports including walk-ins, calls, leads, registrations, and center activities.
- Manage center documentation and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
- Handle vendor coordination and maintain center infrastructure as per operational checklists.
- Track training materials, inventory, and center operational requirements.
4. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with Center Manager, Trainers, Placement Team, Operations Managers (OMs), CPT Team, and Business Partners.
- Support enrollment drives, certification processes, and placement initiatives.
- Stay informed about placement opportunities to guide learners toward relevant career options.
Approach & Expectations
- Demonstrate strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Provide accurate information and build trusted relationships with learners and parents.
- Ensure proactive follow-ups and learner engagement throughout the training lifecycle.
- Take ownership of targets and maintain operational efficiency at the center.
Key Deliverables
- Achievement of enrollment targets.
- Support successful learner certification and placements.
- Ensure high learner satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate system updates and center readiness for operations.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
