About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support our global SAP landscape. In this role, you will provide L2/L3 support, configure SAP FICO solutions, resolve complex business issues, and collaborate with global teams to enhance finance processes across multiple regions. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a global automotive manufacturing environment with exposure to SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO users across global locations.
- Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO modules based on business requirements.
- Analyze and resolve production issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Work closely with MM, SD, PP, and ABAP teams on cross-functional developments.
- Prepare functional specifications, support testing, and coordinate UAT activities.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Optimize finance and controlling processes, including Product Costing and COPA.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Participate in SAP enhancements, rollouts, migrations, and S/4HANA projects.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of SAP FICO implementation or support experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Profit Center Accounting
- COPA
- Product Costing & Actual Costing
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, and PP.
- Experience working with custom developments, user exits, enhancements, and ABAP functional specifications.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industries.
- Exposure to Shared Service Center (SSC) environments.
- SAP FICO Certification is an advantage.
- Experience in global SAP rollouts or implementation projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
