Job Description
- Process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, invoices, and documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Coordinate with the production department to monitor order status.
- Arrange dispatch and delivery schedules with logistics partners.
- Maintain customer records and update sales databases.
- Assist in inventory coordination to ensure product availability.
