3 to 5 years of experience in the similar field

From a mainline and/or digital agency background

Exceptional with ideation

Preferably from one of the top agencies in India

Must have worked with big reputed clients

Managing multiple client accounts.

Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
-
Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key.
-
Evaluate performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign.
-
Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed which include ensuring best practices like not accepting invalid feedback like Maza nahi aaya, efficiently managing the JSR with brands
-
Liaison with third-party vendors, influencers, partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns & projects. This involves cracking deals
-
POC for a few brands, POE for a few brands
-
Negotiations with clients, vendors, partners
-
PnL management for brands
-
Keeping abreast with new trends in the mainline and digital industry.

Driving the planning, thinking, execution & optimisation of marquee campaigns. This includes taking and writing effective briefs and getting the research done to add value to the relevant teams

Mentoring the team of Brand Managers and trainees to help them win

Pitching to clients (ideas, products, innovations, creatives etc)

Professional-level proficiency in English.

Advance Knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Marketing.

Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail is great, and ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results even better.

Minimum graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent.

Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM will add magical brownie points.
