Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily production planning, ensuring timely execution of tasks and meeting productivity targets.
- Oversee factory operations, including shift planning, manpower handling, and manufacturing process management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to plant operations, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on the shop floor.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and implement changes accordingly.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-5 years of experience in plant management or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of factory management principles, including daily production planning, shift planning, and manpower handling.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members at all levels.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
