Store / Receiving Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Store / Receiving Assistant to support the receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies. The role ensures accurate inventory records and proper handling of goods received at the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Verify quantity, quality, and condition of received materials.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement and inventory.
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
- Organize and maintain the store area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in stores, inventory, or receiving operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and inventory software is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
