ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive (Field sales) to manage and grow sales in the assigned Gurgaon territory. This is a front-line field sales role focused on outlet expansion, distribution depth, and achieving monthly volume targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Target Achievement
- · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume targets for Campa Sure Packaged Water in the assigned territory.
- · Execute structured beat plans and route coverage to ensure maximum market productivity.
- · Book orders from existing retailers and actively generate new business from untapped outlets.
Outlet Expansion & Distribution
- · Appoint new retail accounts — kirana stores, convenience stores, society shops, and local retail outlets — to expand active outlet universe.
- · Identify unserved or underserved pockets, residential societies, and high-footfall areas and convert them into productive outlets.
- · Conduct systematic outlet enrollment and maintain updated retailer databases.
Product Visibility & Placement
- · Ensure prominent shelf placement, chiller presence (where applicable), and point-of-sale visibility of Campa Sure at all covered outlets.
- · Drive execution of branding, display, and merchandising standards at retail level.
Distributor & Retailer Management
- · Coordinate with the distributor for timely stock replenishment, order fulfilment, and route servicing.
- · Build strong, trust-based relationships with shop owners, society store managers, and retail partners to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- · Resolve retailer concerns related to stock, schemes, and servicing promptly.
Market Intelligence
- · Track competitor brands, pricing, promotional schemes, and new product launches in the local market.
- · Share timely market feedback with the reporting manager to support business decisions.
Reporting & Compliance
- · Maintain daily field reports covering outlet visits, new retailer additions, order booking, and sales achievements.
- · Submit accurate and timely MIS/DSR (Daily Sales Reports) as required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Skills
- · 3 to 5 years of proven field sales experience in General Trade (GT) FMCG (top 3 packaged water manufacturing companies) — experience in packaged drinking water or beverages is mandatory.
- · Currently managing beat in Gurugram - mandatory
- · Strong knowledge of Gurgaon markets, residential society networks, and local retail landscape.
- · Demonstrated ability to independently open new outlets and build retailer relationships.
- · Target-driven with strong ownership and accountability.
- · Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).
- · Self-motivated, disciplined in route execution, and comfortable with high daily call volumes.
- · Basic proficiency in reporting tools (Excel / WhatsApp-based reporting / Sales App).
