Job Description:
Position: Purchase Executive
Responsibility:
- Identify and source high-quality food and beverage products.
- Maintain and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering.
- Evaluate and approve supplier quality standards.
- Coordinate with the finance department for budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.
- Prepare and maintain purchase records and reports.
Experience: 1 year – 5 years
Qualification: Graduate
Salary: 2.5 LPA – 4.5 LPA
Location: Kolkata
