We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to lead HR strategy and operations for our Roads & Highways business. This is a leadership role involving industrial relations, workforce management, and HR operations across project sites and corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the Infrastructure / Highways vertical
- Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention
- Lead Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations (ER) across sites and HO
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and contractor management
- Oversee project-site HR operations including workforce planning and contract labor
- Drive HR policies, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with government bodies, labor departments, and external stakeholders
- Manage administration functions including facilities, transport, and vendor management
Eligibility Criteria
- 15–20 years of experience in Infrastructure / Roads / Highways / EPC industry
- Strong exposure to IR/ER, labor laws, and contract labor management
- Experience handling project-site HR and large workforce operations
- Proven experience as HRBP / HR Lead in infrastructure domain
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Educational Qualification
- MBA (HR) from a reputed institute
- Specialization in HR / Industrial Relations preferred
