Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups
- Assist with registration and billing queries
- Coordinate with departments for patient support
- Maintain call records and ensure service quality
Requirements:
- Any Degree
- 1–4 years experience (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Tamil & English mandatory; Telugu preferred
