Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) / Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to join our Digital Marketing team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in selling Digital Marketing Services and preferably IT Services to international clients, especially in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions.
- Convert leads into business and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales and/or IT Services Sales.
- Experience handling US or International clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of lead conversion and deal closure.
- Ability to manage the end-to-end sales process independently.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both Digital Marketing and IT Services sales.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, Web & Mobile Development services.
