Experience Required: 4–8 years in Oracle BRM, with a telecom billing background
Engagement Type: Full-time / Contract — to be confirmed with HR
Location: Riyadh, KSA (onsite/hybrid — to be confirmed)
ROLE PURPOSE
Configure, develop, and support Oracle BRM to ensure accurate pricing, rating, billing, invoicing, and collections for the client's customer base, while maintaining reliable integration with Siebel, UIM, and AIA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and customize BRM pricing, rating, and billing components (products, deals, discounts, bill formats) per business requirements.
- Develop and maintain BRM Opcodes, custom PCM/PIN API extensions, and Pipeline Manager (rating engine) configurations.
- Support end-to-end billing cycle operations: invoicing, adjustments, collections, and dunning.
- Build and maintain integration flows between BRM and Siebel/UIM/AIA for order-to-cash processes.
- Diagnose and resolve production billing issues, including rating discrepancies and failed billing runs.
- Support month-end billing cycles and participate in billing cutover/hypercare activities.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Oracle BRM (7.5/12.x) architecture, PCM/PIN APIs, and Opcode customization.
- BRM Pipeline Manager / Pipeline Data Configurator (PDC) for rating engine configuration.
- Java for BRM custom development and API extensions.
- SQL and PL/SQL against Oracle Database; BRM data model fluency.
- Solid understanding of telecom billing concepts (usage rating, proration, discounting, invoicing cycles).
PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with Oracle BRM Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) for real-time charging.
- Prior exposure to an Oracle RODOD-based BSS stack end-to-end.
- Experience with BRM upgrades or migrations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Oracle BRM certification is a plus.
