The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management within the educational institution. The role requires close coordination with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
- 2–4 years of experience (preferably in education sector)
- Familiarity with teacher recruitment and academic staffing
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
