Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in field recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates through field recruitment activities while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
- Source candidates through field visits, referrals, job portals, and social media.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local communities for hiring.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the specified timelines.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
