We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager for our premium residential real estate project in Sector 124, Harlalpur, Mohali. If you have a strong background in residential property sales, excellent closing skills, and a passion for achieving targets, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads and guide customers through the complete sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales (Mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Good understanding of the Mohali and Tricity real estate market.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
