Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Performance Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in performance testing, engineering, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools, scripting, workload modeling, and performance monitoring across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable performance test scripts using JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
Perform workload modeling, capacity planning, benchmarking, and performance analysis.
Identify and troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure performance bottlenecks.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Architecture teams to improve system performance.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
Expertise in scripting, correlation, parameterization, debugging, and workload modeling.
Experience with Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability Testing.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, CloudWatch, or New Relic.
Good understanding of AWS services (EC2, ECS, etc.).
Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD integration is preferred.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience working in Agile environments.
