Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer sites. The role involves providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and minimizing equipment downtime.
- Install and commission equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs or maintenance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Respond to customer service requests and breakdown calls.
- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Train customers on equipment usage and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage spare parts and service tools effectively.
- Support product testing and upgrades when required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
- 1–5 years of experience in service engineering or technical support.
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
