Job Description – HR Recruiter Sri Sivanathan Chits (P) Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Trichy. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, preparing recruitment reports, following up with selected candidates, and supporting various HR activities. Applicants should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers are welcome to apply, while prior recruitment or HR experience will be an added advantage. Starting salary is ₹15,000 in-hand with growth opportunities based on performance and experience.
Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹20,141.10 per month
