Designation: Product Design Support Engineer
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune – 411014
Education: BE Mechanical / Automobile
Mandatory Skill: PTC Creo
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design mechanical components and assemblies using PTC Creo Parametric (Part Modelling, Assembly, Drafting, Sheet Metal, and Surface Modelling)
- Work on customer-specific projects in-house & onsite ensuring timely and quality deliverables
- Collaborate with customer teams and internal stakeholders for design implementation
- Create detailed 2D drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
- Provide support for technical issues related to Creo and resolve design challenges
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer training sessions
- Stay updated with the latest Creo features and suggest improvements
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer projects
- Document customer feedback and provide improvement suggestions
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
