Job Title: Aftermarket Engineer
Job Location: Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end aftermarket operations including service, spares, AMC/CMC contracts, retrofits, and upgrades.
- Ensure timely installation, commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown support of industrial machinery at customer sites.
- Develop and grow aftermarket revenue through spares sales, service contracts, consumables, and modernization solutions.
- Coordinate with service engineers, application teams, and logistics for effective field support.
- Build strong customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and track preventive maintenance schedules and service KPIs (MTTR, uptime, response time).
- Work closely with sales teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities in the installed base.
- Maintain accurate records of installed machines, service history, spares consumption, and warranty claims.
- Support training programs for customers and internal service engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality processes, and company policies.
