Job description:
KiddiCove by Deep Connection is a hybrid therapy centre providing online and offline therapies for neuro-divergent children. We are hiring for a therapist with experience of having worked with neuro-divergent children.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver special education session online and offline
- Conduct Assessments
- Contribute to the design and execution of special education projects focused based on latest global best practices.
- Create concise IEPs/ILPs. reports, summaries, and therapy plans
- Adhere strictly to ethical standards and ensure complete confidentiality at all times.
- Join and actively participate in relevant workshops, training programs, seminars, and conferences.
- Engage in regular check-ins, supervision, and feedback sessions with assigned mentors.
- Show initiative by deepening knowledge and actively sharing ideas during team discussions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Master’s degree in Psychology or an Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling with B.Ed. in Special Education. RCI license preferred.
- Excellent spoken communication skills with the ability to engage in structured debate.
- Previous experience working with children will be considered an added advantage.
