Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients.
- Provide voice support in Gujarati and English.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining process compliance.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible.
- Maximum age limit: 40 years.
- Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts.

- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
