Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans to promote hospital beds, laboratory furniture, school desks, and other specialized equipment.
- Institutional Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers, including hospital procurement officers, school administrators, and government education departments.
- Product Education & Demonstrations: Conduct field visits to provide hands-on product demonstrations, highlighting ergonomic benefits, durability, and compliance with industry safety standards.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in both healthcare and education to identify new market segments and adjust pricing or promotional strategies accordingly.
- Lead Generation & CRM: Identify potential institutional leads through cold calling, networking at conferences, and digital outreach; manage these leads through the full sales cycle.
- Event Coordination: Represent the company at medical trade shows, education expos, and regional health camps to boost brand visibility.
