Additionally, you will oversee the development process, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and project timelines while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to implement automation tools for efficient software development processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
