Sales Executive - Home Loans / LAP
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by sourcing and logging Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) files. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source potential customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct marketing, builders, connectors, and open market channels.
- Client Advisory: Understand customer requirements, check eligibility, and recommend the best loan products suited to their needs.
- Documentation & Login: Collect necessary financial documents from clients, ensure complete file logging, and coordinate with the credit team for smooth processing.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and existing clients to ensure a steady pipeline of referrals.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/disbursement targets.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales (Mandatory).
- Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market and local geography.
- Conveyance: Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
