Supervisor Job Description
Job Summary:-
A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, ensuring productivity, and maintaining quality standards. They act as a bridge between staff and management, ensuring company policies are followed and targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:-
· Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of team members
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
· Handle employee issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
· Monitor productivity and prepare performance reports
· Ensure dispatch standards and deadlines are met
· Communicate updates and feedback to warehouse manager
· Assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance
· Maintain inventory, resources, or workflow

Qualifications:-
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing preferred
· Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role
· Industry-specific knowledge as required
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
