Job Summary
Zapbytes Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to engage with potential customers, promote our IT services/products, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Zapbytes Technologies’ services/products
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company offerings clearly and effectively
- Generate and follow up on leads to support the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage (freshers can apply)
