Role Overview We’re hiring an Operations Executive who is young, energetic, and eager to perform. If you bring enthusiasm and commitment, we’ll teach you everything else you need to know. You’ll be the backbone of our operations—ensuring smooth coordination between travel agents and DMCs, managing systems, and helping build a reliable and responsive platform. What You’ll Do Coordinate daily operations between travel agents and international DMC partners Process and track quotations, bookings, and confirmations Ensure timely communication and follow-ups across stakeholders Maintain accuracy of data in our systems and dashboards Work closely with sales, tech, and support teams to resolve queries Support onboarding of new agent partners Contribute ideas to make our operations smarter and more efficient What We’re Looking For A go-getter attitude with strong attention to detail Good communication skills (written and verbal) Basic Excel and email etiquette; tech-friendly mindset Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome) Experience or interest in the travel/tourism industry is a plus What You Get A fun, fast-paced environment where ideas matter On-the-job training—learn the online DMC business from the ground up Opportunity to grow into team leads or other strategic roles Work closely with founders and industry veterans A place where enthusiasm is rewarded and performance is noticed
