Job Overview
The candidate will be responsible for delivering digital and technology training sessions focused on workplace readiness, digital literacy, and foundational analytics skills. The role involves helping students gain practical exposure to tools commonly used in industry and preparing them for technology-enabled career opportunities.The role also involves mentoring learners, supporting placement readiness activities, tracking student progress through assessments, support centre operations & implementations.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Conduct training sessions on digital literacy and workplace technology skills
● Train students in MS Office, internet tools, Power BI, and basic Python programming
● Introduce students to basic data analytics and visualization concepts
● Support students in project work, assignments, and practical exercises
● Assist learners in using digital platforms for learning and job applications
● Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports
● Encourage active participation and hands-on learning
● Coordinate with the centre team for smooth program delivery
● Stay updated with current digital and industry trends to enhance training quality
Skills Required
➔ Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel , AI, Power BI, Python, and Digital tools
➔ Understanding of basic data analytics and visualization concepts
➔ Good communication and presentation skills
➔ Ability to simplify technical concepts for students
➔ Passion for teaching and youth development
➔ Student-friendly and supportive approach
➔ Basic troubleshooting and technical support skills
Minimum Eligibility Requirement
Education Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
Experience: 2–4 years of teaching/training or industry experience preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
