We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Kottayam
KLM Assets Fin is looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our Kottayam branch. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in the NBFC or chit fund sector and possess strong communication, marketing, and customer relationship management skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, promoting chit fund products, and supporting branch growth through effective market outreach and business development activities.
Preferred Candidates:
- Residents from Kottayam, Kanjikuzhy, Kottayam collectorate and nearby locations
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through field visits, direct marketing campaigns, and local market engagement.
- Identify and approach potential customers through referrals, networking opportunities, and community outreach.
- Present and explain chit fund schemes to prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of product benefits and features.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and business growth.
- Assist in collection follow-ups and support timely recovery of installment payments.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure a high standard of service.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase branch business.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, customer interactions, and business leads.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth execution of business development and operational objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in NBFC, chit fund, or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for business development activities.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
