We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Farm Land Sales Division Head to lead and scale our Farm Land Sales Division as an independent business vertical.
The role involves driving farm land sales, revenue growth, sales strategy, channel partner development, customer engagement, and overall business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the Farm Land Sales Division and business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive farm land sales and revenue.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Develop strong broker and channel partner networks.
- Manage the customer journey from enquiry generation to post-sales support.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, Registration, and Operations teams for smooth customer experience.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans for management.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in farm land sales, plotted developments, land sales, or villa projects.
- Proven experience in leading a sales division, business unit, or profit center.
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, channel partner management, and customer relationship management.
- Experience in building and managing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and execution skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership-driven approach.
