As we expand our network of centers, we are looking for an Operations Manager who will own operational performance across all centers and ensure consistent execution of operational standards.
Role Summary
The Operations Manager I will be the central owner responsible for operational excellence across all Cent Health centers. The role will drive performance through defined SLAs, monitor operational KPIs, coordinate with center managers, technical teams and vendors, and ensure every center operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
While the Center Managers will execute day-to-day activities at each location, the Operations Manager will own governance, reporting, process improvements, escalations and operational performance across the network.
Key Responsibilities1. Operational Performance Management
- Monitor daily operational KPIs across all centers.
- Ensure scan completion timelines are consistently achieved.
- Review operational dashboards and identify bottlenecks.
- Drive corrective actions with Center Managers.
2. Scan Turnaround Management
- Monitor scan completion Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Ensure reports are dispatched from centers within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with Senior Technicians and reporting teams to minimize delays.
- Escalate any deviations immediately.
3. Equipment & Infrastructure Management
- Monitor machine uptime across centers.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
- Track equipment downtime and vendor response.
- Ensure minimal disruption to customer appointments.
4. Facility Operations
Oversee operational readiness of every center including:
- Air conditioning
- Electricity
- Internet connectivity
- Water supply
- Basic facility maintenance
Ensure all infrastructure issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
5. Inventory & Consumables
Own availability of operational supplies including:
- Customer consumables
- Scan consumables
- Stationery
- Uniform inventory
- Housekeeping supplies
Monitor stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
6. Uniform & Brand Standards
- Ensure staff uniforms are available and maintained.
- Monitor adherence to grooming and presentation standards.
- Drive consistent customer experience across all centers.
7. Center Audits
Conduct regular operational audits covering:
- Infrastructure
- Equipment readiness
- SOP adherence
- Inventory
- Customer areas
- Staff compliance
- Operational hygiene
Publish audit reports and action plans.
8. Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors for:
- Equipment maintenance
- Internet providers
- Electrical contractors
- HVAC vendors
- Facility maintenance
- Consumable suppliers
Track vendor SLAs and performance.
9. Process Improvement
- Standardize operating procedures.
- Identify process gaps.
- Implement operational improvements.
- Drive productivity initiatives across centers.
10. Cross-functional Coordination

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Healthcare Management, Engineering or related field.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of operations experience.
- Experience managing multiple locations is preferred.
- Healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, imaging centers, retail healthcare or hospitality operations experience is desirable.
- Experience in SLA management and process improvement.
