Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other social media platforms.
- Design social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Write compelling captions, posts, and content calendars.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content ideas.
- Assist in creating short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
- Collaborate with business and leadership teams to promote Swarmlens' AI solutions and company culture.
- Contribute creative ideas to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Must have completed at least one internship in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Branding, or a related area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, and content creation tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing concepts.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Candidates based in Kochi or willing to relocate and work from the Kochi office.
Preferred Skills
- Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
- Video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Rush, or similar platforms.
- Copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of AI, technology, startups, or SaaS industries is an advantage.
