- Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads or cold calling
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
- Maintain call logs, update ERP systems, and follow up on leads
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with sales or support teams for escalations or closures
- Collect feedback and report customer insights to improve service.
