Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist (SDR) to build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified business opportunities for our engineering services.
This is a pure outbound execution role focused on research, outreach, follow-ups, and booking qualified meetings.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients (startups, SaaS companies, SMEs, enterprises)
- Research decision makers (Founders, CTOs, Product Managers)
- Perform outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Send personalized connection requests and messages
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Qualify leads based on project fit and budget
- Book discovery calls for the senior team
- Maintain CRM / lead tracking sheet daily
- Share daily activity and weekly progress reports
Daily Expectations (Important)
- 80–120 targeted outreach messages per day
- Minimum 20–30 new LinkedIn connections per day
- Follow-up with all warm leads daily
- Book at least 2–4 qualified meetings per week (after ramp-up)
Requirements
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to do structured online research
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and email outreach
- Consistent and disciplined with daily targets
- Basic understanding of IT services or software development is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B lead generation or SDR roles
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, or similar
- Exposure to IT services, SaaS, or agency environments
Compensation
₹15,000/month + performance incentives for qualified meetings

- Number of qualified leads generated
- Number of meetings booked per week
- Consistency of daily outreach activity
- Quality of prospects (not random leads)

This is not a telecalling or spam outreach role. We focus on high-quality, targeted B2B outreach to decision makers in the software and product space.
