Skills Required –
- 3 to 4 years of experience of sales in agency model.
- Health Insurance experience will be preferred.
- Graduation.
- Experience in handling large team of advisors.
Job Description
- To build agency distribution by recruiting Entrepreneurs & advisors who will achieve business to targeted revenue.
- Regular reviewing & tracking of Entrepreneurs performance.
- Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities.
- Drive entrepreneurs and advisors’ activation through regular engagement.
- To organize sales campaign, product launches and conduct training for entrepreneurs and Advisors.
- Ensuring adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
- Building team capability through regular training interventions.
- Responsible for hygiene of business sourced by the UNIT.
- Ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
- Should be capable enough to give market insights and explore new opportunities to develop business.
Pay: ₹16,255.46 - ₹70,000.00 per month
