Job Overview
Y-Axis is seeking dynamic, customer-focused, and target-driven professionals to join our team as Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will counsel prospective clients on overseas education, immigration, and visa solutions while driving sales through effective relationship management and consultative selling.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Education Counselling, Immigration Counselling, Business Development, Tele Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective clients regarding overseas education, immigration, and visa services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Y-Axis services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, emails, and client meetings.
- Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and overseas education opportunities.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, Business Development, Counselling, Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Academic Counselling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
