Sports Areas Management.
a) Supervise the day-to-day functioning and upkeep of all sports facilities, including badminton, tennis, swimming pool, gym, squash, table tennis, billiards, cricket, pickleball and other recreational facilities.
b) Ensure courts, equipment, lighting, changing rooms and other sports infrastructure are maintained in good condition.
2. Member Services.
a) Ensure members receive courteous and efficient service at all sports facilities.
b) Monitor court/facility bookings and ensure fair and transparent allocation of facilities.
c) Attend to members' complaints, suggestions and requests relating to sports facilities.
d) Ensure adherence to club rules and timings.
3. Sports Activities & Events.
a) Coordinate tournaments, coaching programmes, competitions and other sporting events.
b) Coordination with coaches, referees, officials, vendors and participating members.
c) Make necessary arrangements for trophies, prizes, refreshments, equipment and other event requirements.
4. Coaches & Sports Staff.
a) Supervise coaches and sports-related staff.
b) Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance and performance.
c) Ensure coaches conduct sessions according to approved schedules and club guidelines.
d) Maintain proper discipline among sports staff.
5. Sports Equipment & Inventory.
a) Maintain an inventory of sports equipment and consumables.
b) Ensure equipment is properly stored, issued and accounted for.
c) Identify damaged or obsolete equipment and recommend repair/replacement.
6. Safety & Hygiene.
a) Ensure sports facilities are safe and fit for use.
b) Conduct regular inspections.
c) Ensure first-aid arrangements are available where required.
d) Ensure cleanliness of courts, playing areas, and changing rooms.
7. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities.
a) Monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
b) Verify bills and supporting documents relating to sports activities.
c) Maintain proper records of events, equipment, bookings and sports-related expenditure.
8. Coordination.
a) Ensure smooth functioning of sports facilities during major club events and tournaments.
b) Coordinate with external agencies like HCA, HGA etc when required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
