WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for an Apparel Sourcing Manager who will own vendor management, production follow-ups, and sourcing operations across our apparel supply chain. This person will ensure timely production, maintain strong manufacturing partnerships, drive quality standards, and ensure smooth inwarding of finished goods.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end sourcing and production activities for apparel categories.

Build and maintain strong relationships with garment manufacturers and suppliers.

Follow up with vendors on production schedules and ensure timely order execution.

Coordinate with merchants and internal teams for day-to-day production activities.

Ensure timely inwarding of finished goods into the warehouse.

Track production status and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.

Monitor vendor performance on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with vendors.

Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate production reports, vendor records, and sourcing documentation.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

6–8 years of experience in apparel sourcing, garment production, or supply chain management.

Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, trims, and production workflows.

Proven experience managing apparel vendors and production partners.

Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach to execution.

Proficiency in MS Excel and production tracking systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
