Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee operations and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, café operations, team handling, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages consistently.
Lead, train, and supervise the barista team.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso machines, and café equipment.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements for coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
Handle customer queries and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Train team members on coffee preparation, customer service, and operational standards.
Assist in developing new beverage menus and seasonal offerings.
Ensure proper maintenance and efficient use of coffee equipment.
Manage daily opening and closing operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, or Barista Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, espresso preparation, brewing techniques, and latte art.
Experience in operating and maintaining professional coffee machines and grinders.
Previous experience in team handling and training baristas is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Customer-focused with excellent service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
Passion for coffee and café operations.
