Position: Senior Executive – HR
Location: Lucknow
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
Experience: 2–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering profiles (Solar Design Engineers, Site Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Project Engineers, O&M Engineers, etc.).
- Source, screen, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HRMS data.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment MIS.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR operations.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 2–6 years of HR experience, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of technical recruitment, attendance management, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
